Ed Boyajian, President and Chief Executive Officer

Before joining EnterpriseDB, Ed spent six years at Red Hat®, Inc., the world's leading open source solutions provider, most recently serving as vice president and general manager of North America. Before that, he was vice president ofRed Hat's global OEM business, responsible for all partnerships, including HP®, IBM®, and Dell®. During his time at Red Hat, Ed was instrumental in developing the foundational methods for selling open source software into the enterprise. |
Jay Barrows, Vice President, Sales

Prior to joining EnterpriseDB, Jay was regional sales director at Red Hat where he was responsible for the northeastern U.S. and Canada territories. At Red Hat, Jay directly managed inside and enterprise sales teams, as well as regionally focused architects and channel overlay teams. Previously, he was responsible for managing Red Hat's go-to-market and sales activities for the life sciences and healthcare vertical. Earlier in his career, Jay was regional sales director at Altaworks (acquired by Opnet Technologies). He also held sales and sales management positions at Internet Business Advantages (acquired by ServiceSoft, now Kana). He graduated from the University of Maine with a B.S. in Business Administration. |
Keith Alsheimer, Chief Marketing Officer

Prior to joining EnterpriseDB, Keith founded eSpendwise, Inc. in 2000 and served as its CEO until the business was sold in 2012. A java-based application company, eSpendwise relied upon EnterpriseDB products to provide multi-location, global businesses with indirect-spend management systems under a SAAS business model. Previously, Keith was Vice President of Marketing for a chemical manufacturing company where he pioneered the use of web-based software systems to dramatically transform sales and fulfillment operations. Keith also served as a Captain in the US Army where he held multiple positions of leadership and command. |
Marc Linster, Vice President, Professional Services

Before joining EnterpriseDB, Marc spent almost 4 years at Polycom, the leading maker of video communications equipment, focusing on the Services Supply Chain, Business Intelligence, Customer Data Management and Cloud Solutions. Prior to Polycom, Marc lead a supply chain consulting and systems integration company working with customers in the US, Canada, France, Germany and Switzerland. This tapped the expertise he developed at Avicon Group, where he spent six years, first as chief technology officer then as vice president of operations, developing an extensive background in management, business consulting, systems integration, data management and business intelligence. Marc holds a Ph.D. (Dr. rer. nat) in Computer Sciences from the University of Kaiserslautern in Germany. |
Radhika Samant, Chief Financial Officer

Radhika heads finance, human resources and operations at EnterpriseDB. She has 20+ years of experience with expertise in setting up and optimizing global teams. Prior to joining EnterpriseDB in 2007, she was Director, Financial Reporting at Easylink Services Corporation. Radhika began her career as a public accountant with an Ernst & Young affiliate in India. She holds a bachelors degree in commerce from Pune University (India) and has public accounting qualifications both in India and the US. |
Sean Doherty, Vice President, Business Development

Sean is responsible for EnterpriseDB's international partner sales and worldwide business development. Prior to joining EnterpriseDB, Sean spent the last five years at Red Hat. During his tenure at Red Hat, Sean held various international management roles both in Sales and Business Affairs, and most recently he ran east coast U.S. and Canada commercial sales. Prior to joining Red Hat, Sean held global management positions at 3Com, and was Corporate Counsel and Director of Compliance for ICon Professional Services, a private consulting firm in the San Francisco Bay Area. |
Tom Kincaid, Vice President, Products and Engineering

Tom has nearly 25 years of experience in the Enterprise Software Industry. Prior to EnterpriseDB, he was VP of software development for Oracle's GlassFish and Web Tier products. He integrated Sun's Application Server Product line into Oracle's Fusion middleware offerings. At Sun Microsystems, he was part of the original Java EE architecture and management teams and played a critical role in defining and delivering the Java Platform. Tom is a veteran of the Object Database industry and helped build Object Design's customer service department holding management and senior technical contributor roles. Other positions in Tom's past include Director of Quality Engineering at Red Hat and Director of Software Engineering at Unica. |
