Leslie O’Neil is Vice President, Global Human Resources and oversees the strategic planning of EDB’s worldwide talent needs, as well as manages the supporting systems for human resources. Leslie is a 20-year human resources leader. Prior to joining EDB, she was Director of Human Resources at AppNeta. She spent almost seven years as Human Resources Business Partner at Constant Contact during their high growth phase. Before that, Leslie was Senior HR Generalist at MBI and spent seven years as Employment Manager for Pioneer Investments. She also was an Assistant Director of Human Resources for Hyatt Hotels and Resorts. Leslie earned her BA from LeMoyne College.
