Mary-Beth Donovan is the Global SVP of Customer Success at EDB, where she leads a unified team of customer success and services teams dedicated to enable our customers deployment, integrations and adoption through relentless focus on our customer’s value.
Mary-Beth joined EDB from VMware where she was VP, Global Customer Success Management and Experience. AT VMware she established the Customer Success strategy and practice at scale transforming 5 businesses into one central organization. Prior to VMware, Mary-Beth led various functions at PTC as the VP, Customer Success Operations Intelligence, VP Customer Success Management, and VP Customer Advocacy. Under her leadership, large-scale change management and cross-functional implementation of customer-centric transformation was orchestrated and delivered to enable the development of recurring revenue best practices enabling customers-for-life.
Mary-Beth serves as an advisor to early-stage entrepreneurs looking to operationalize for sustainable revenue growth, GTM Operations and scale their businesses. Mary-Beth has a bachelor of science degree in Finance and an MBA from Babson College.
