My Journey to EDB and What I Do Here
My role as Regional Sr. Director - JAPAC ISV – OEM allows me to champion EDB solutions and bring independent software vendors (ISVs) and their clients on board. The work I do is vital for EDB's growth, enabling us to expand our reach and create joint marketing and sales initiatives that strengthen our mission. Each partnership is an opportunity to share EDB's vision and make a meaningful difference, both for our clients and within the industry. This purpose-driven environment, combined with EDB’s commitment to social responsibility, makes me proud to call this my professional home.

What I enjoy most about working at EDB is the culture that encourages collaboration, continuous learning, and a true sense of belonging. The supportive environment here empowers me to keep growing, while also balancing my professional ambitions with a healthy lifestyle. But what truly makes each day exciting is my team—remarkable people who bring passion, expertise, and a collaborative spirit to the table. They make every challenge rewarding and every win meaningful.

My Greatest Inspiration: My Son, Krivi
The driving force behind my dedication and resilience is my son, Krivi. As a child on the Autism spectrum, Krivi has taught me to see challenges as opportunities. His journey inspires me daily, reminding me that every obstacle can be a stepping stone. My professional mentors have also had a profound influence on my career, with their integrity and dedication guiding me as I strive to bring that same passion and purpose to my own work.
On a personal front, I am incredibly proud of my two social impact initiatives: Twinklezz Therapy Center and Ability Advocacy. Twinklezz is an early intervention therapy center dedicated to special needs children, where we are supporting over 400 wonderful kids on the Autism spectrum. Witnessing their growth and progress has been profoundly rewarding and inspires us to continually strive for better support and resources for them.
Through Ability Advocacy, we are developing an innovative application called the Autism Information Management System. This app is designed to support parents, therapists, and therapy centers by facilitating early detection of Autism, digitizing various assessments, and providing a comprehensive electronic health record system to organize and manage the health records of children with Autism.
These initiatives are incredibly close to my heart, and seeing the positive impact they have on families and children motivates me every day. The smiles and achievements of these children are a testament to the power of early intervention and the profound difference we can make through dedication and compassion.
What It Takes to Succeed in My Role
Success as Regional Sr. Director - JAPAC ISV – OEM requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, business insight, and interpersonal skills. Understanding EDB’s products and staying ahead of market trends is crucial, but what really defines this role is partnership. I often describe the partnership dynamic as “1+1=3,” where the synergy between two entities produces value far greater than each can achieve alone. Identifying the right partners and working with them to create joint value is essential to what I do and keeps me motivated to make each collaboration successful.
A Proudest Moment in My Career
One of my proudest accomplishments was leading a major project in a previous role as ISV Director, where I secured a strategic partnership with a prominent technology firm. Crafting a joint value proposition that resonated with our end customers allowed us to align our strengths, deliver exceptional value, and significantly enhance our market presence. This experience underscored for me the power of collaboration and the positive impact effective leadership can have on driving growth and innovation.
Advice for Others Starting Out
To anyone starting a similar career path, I’d say embrace a well-rounded skill set. Blend technical knowledge, business acumen, and strong interpersonal skills. Stay resilient, adaptable, and continuously open to learning. Focus on building solid relationships and keep a long-term vision in mind. Every career is unique, and it’s your experiences and dedication that will shape your journey.

Outside of work, I have a quirky talent that always surprises people—I can sing songs backward! It’s a fun trick that adds a little humor to gatherings, and I only pick the songs I feel like playing around with!
